		<description>Susan, thanks for this update.  I&#039;m sure you&#039;ll hear more at Enterprise 2.0.  As you state, its early days at SAP (specifically Business Objects) for all things Social Media.  But they are realizing the value and by doing things like investigating Social Network Analytics they will ultimately blend this with their Business Intelligence tools to bring real impact measurement to this market.  I&#039;m sure (positive) others in this space are doing the same kinds of things.  It&#039;s only a matter of time before the question &quot;How do I measure the results of Social Media activities?&quot; will be answered.</description>
