		<description>Susan - I could not agree more that the unconference meetings were some of the best sessions from the conference. 

I think another big theme is that we&#039;ve moved from the emergent, bootstrap-your-way model to getting top-down support and actual budgets. But with that comes politics, culture, process, and a host of other challenges. I think the issues of ROI and Adoption are a good sign that the ideals of Enterprise 2.0 is finally registering at the top of organizations. Maybe in two  or three years we&#039;ll even be talking about our legacy Enterprise 2.0 systems?</description>
